Let’s start with this: Emergency responders like firefighters, cops, EMTs and military personnel have some of the toughest jobs out there.
We know. A lot of us here have been in those jobs. Or are directly related to those who serve. That’s why the concepts of service, assistance and mission are in our blood—it’s who we are.
Think that might have something to do with how we run our shop? Yep. Sure does.
When we first opened our doors, we weren’t all too concerned about formalized vision statements. Instead, it was an internal commitment that guided us. One we all shared.
It was pretty simple: We would always do things right. Our products would stand up to tough physical demands. Our products would look sharp and proud for years, even decades.
So we bought the best equipment. Hired the best people. Used the best materials and threads. Quoted the best prices. Served our customers in the best way we could.
Over the years, we’ve built a reputation we’re proud of. That’s a pretty cool thing.
Today, we not only continue to produce patches for those first responders, but dozens of other markets as well. Just look at our customers, the products they buy, and what they have to say about us. Whether it’s a household brand, a big organization or the most obscure hobby group, our underlying quality and service represents just one thing:
Who we are.
