To estimate your designs embroidery percentage, please view the breakdown below.
All patches fall into 1 of the 3 categories 50%, 75%, or 100% embroidered.
- 50% Embroidered - This will have twill canvas background with 50% or less embroidered.
- 75% Embroidered - Has up to 75% of the patch embroidered and canvas twill for the background color .
- 100% Embroidered - The highest quality,that is fully embroidered with our Military Grade threads for lasting durability.
Black and grey areas represent embroidered stitching, white areas represent canvas twill.

| Measuring size |
Calculate the size of your custom embroidered patch by adding the Length plus the Width and then Dividing by 2. See Example below:

Length: 3 " & Width: 3"
So, PATCH SIZE = (3+3)/2 = 3"
